I really can’t believe I’m getting no response. I did submit these items and No response!!! The Ticket response/handler asked me to submit supporting Items to prove it is me. I sign into My License and it says I have No purchased product. ![]() my new email is now used for ZBC and My License. The problem is my Purchase email is no longer active. I own a single user license of ZBrush (for over 10 years). I even submitted a second Ticket, nothing all day! Now, I’m not getting any response from Pixologic. THANK YOU PIX, MY ISSUE WAS RESOLVED: I submitted a Support ticket yesterday, got one response that asked me to submit items.
